Thinking Pasta? When you’re past da pasta, you’ll be thinking desserts. And Italian Desserts, as we all know, are worth getting your hands on – and that’s where Just East comes in. Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured dessert made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee layered in a whipped mix of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. Yum. The classic Panna Cotta is a traditional dessert made from cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and gelatin. Tartufo, which is Italian for truffle – and supposed to look like one – is a small ball of gelato (healthier ice cream) made from two flavours covered with a chocolate shell, often with frozen fruit – raspberry, strawberry or cherry – located in the centre.
