Lamb Tagine

This is a succulent slow-cooked stew of melt-in-your-mouth lamb and aromatic spices such as turmeric, cumin, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, is served with fluffy couscous and warm Flatbreads. Lamb, Beef and Chicken are traditionally cooked in this conical clay pot which allows steam to rise, condense and drip back down to create the tenderest of meats.
